Maybe a bad solder job or soldered at wrong temps or used incorrect solder or just bad quality all around. Will not recommend this brand to anyone.Opened unit (since out of warranty). Probably died before the 1 year warranty was over, but that's a maybe, because it was only used for 10 months. Like many other 1 star reviews, from those that wrote a review after a few months, I'm stuck with a dead unit and PBS-less.

Was hoping to use it to watch some sesame street excitedly turned on the TV and tuner, then it turned into a long troubleshooting session in hopes of getting it to work (power resets, different cables of different types, shut it off a while and turned it back on). Only the green light turns on and nothing appears on the TV. Not sure when it died because we haven't used it in over half a year (baby was born and haven't used the TV in that much time).
